Dr. Dave Simmons DC, NP
Doctor of Chiropractic &
Family Nurse Practitioner
The only dual licensed provider in Western, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Dave Simmons graduated Cum Laude from Texas Chiropractic College in 2009. He was awarded into the Omega Psi honors society by the staff of Texas Chiropractic College for his high scholastic achievements. During his time at Texas Chiropractic College, Dr. Simmons also completed additional training in soft tissue (myofascial release) treatment including Active Release Technique and Graston technique.
After 7 years in practice, Dr. Simmons decided to expand his knowledge and attained a second bachelor’s, BSN, from Robert Morris University and then continued his education at Carlow University where he completed his family nurse practitioner degree in 2021
Dr. Dave delivers the highest-quality of care which includes the combination of both chiropractic and family medicine.
When not in the office, Dr. Dave enjoys his time with daughter Amelia, staying active through golfing, cycling, weight lifting, as well as hunting and fishing.

Dr. Simmons has years of experience in family medicine caring for patients of all ages and conditions such has hypertension, diabetes, mental health, and more.
Cosmetic Botulinum Toxin
Dr. Simmons attended formal training and is a certified practitioner able to provide patients with botulinum toxin injections to prevent wrinkles and aging lines.
